1. Agreement Acceptance:

By ticking the relevant box below as well as purchasing any coaching services provided by Become Your Creator Ltd, you consent, concur and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please read this agreement carefully prior to making a purchase and ticking the relevant box below.

2. Services Provided:

Become Your Creator Ltd supplies coaching services and courses regarding manifestation and alignment, as per our website link: https://www.becomeyourcreator.com/offers. The specific details of each service will be stated within the corresponding service description of each service.

3. No Guarantee of Results:

No particular results or outcomes from Become Your Creator Ltd's coaching services are guaranteed. The dedication and work of the person getting coaching is one of the many variables that determine the effectiveness of the coaching relationship.

Hence, you hereby agree that Become Your Creator Ltd cannot be held liable, responsible or accountable, under any circumstances whatsoever, if you do not accomplish your own self-imposed goals as a result of the coaching services.

4. Refund Policy:

As per our Refund Policy outlined in our website, Become Your Creator Ltd does not provide refunds for coaching sessions; all sales are final. You understand and accept our policy by accepting these terms. 

5. Customer Obligations:

During coaching sessions, clients are expected to provide precise, accurate, honest and true information. The client's dedication to the process, transparency, and active engagement are essential to the success of the coaching relationship.

Therefore, you agree to always be kind, act with integrity, good faith and in an ethical manner in all communications and dealings with Become Your Creator Ltd.

6. Confidentiality:

Become Your Creator Ltd will keep any information disclosed during coaching sessions private, with the exception of situations in which disclosure is mandated by law. Become Your Creator Ltd also warrants not to sell your personal and/or confidential information to any third party.

7. Intellectual Property:

The intellectual property of Become Your Creator Ltd. applies to all items, including but not restricted to documents, films, and other resources offered during coaching sessions. Reproduction or distribution without express authorization is prohibited.

Any and all content and material featured during coaching service sessions and on the Become Your Creator Ltd website(s) will remain the exclusive property of Become Your Creator Ltd.

8. Limitation of Liability:

When conducting the coaching services to you, Become Your Creator Ltd will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Become Your Creator Ltd. and the Coach are not liable for any actions or decisions made by the Client. The Client is responsible for their own choices, actions, and outcomes. The Client understands that the Coach and the Company make no guarantees regarding the results of the coaching program. The outcomes achieved are solely dependent on the Client's efforts, commitment, and actions.

9. Cancellation & Rescheduling:

The Client must provide at least 48 hours of notice for cancellations or rescheduling of sessions. Sessions missed without adequate notice may not be rescheduled.

10. Duration and Termination:

This agreement shall commence as soon as you tick the relevant box below.

You or Become Your Creator Ltd reserve the right to terminate the coaching services at any point, with or without cause. Fees for delivered or remaining coaching services are not refundable in the case of termination.

If you wish to terminate this agreement and the coaching services by giving notice to Become Your Creator Ltd, you will also be responsible for covering any outstanding and remaining payments payable to Become Your Creator Ltd with regard to your payment plan.

11. Acceptance

The Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. The Client further understands that coaching is not a substitute for professional advice or therapy.

12. Modification and Amendments:

The right is reserved by Become Your Creator Ltd to alter these terms and conditions at any point. You should routinely review this agreement. The relevant modifications will be effective as soon as they are posted on this website and we will notify you of such changes. If you continue to use our coaching services after these modifications, this will be deemed as an acceptance of the modifications. By ticking the relevant box below and completing your purchase, you agree that we reserve the right to amend this agreement at any time.

13. Governing Laws and Jurisdiction:

This agreement will be interpreted by the laws of England and Wales. In the event of any disagreements and/or disputes, you agree that such disagreements and/or disputes will be settled within a competent court within England and Wales.

You confirm that you have read, comprehended, and hereby accept these terms and conditions/ agreement by ticking/ checking the relevant box and completing the transaction/ purchase.
